Let's talk tuna salad!

Tuna packed in oil

Drain most of oil

Crumble the heel of a loaf of bread to soak up the rest of the oil (leftover from my childhood, when mom had to stretch one can of tuna)

Chopped green onions, dill pickles, celery

Light on the Best Foods mayo

Dash of dried mustard, salt and pepper

Served in a sandwich, or on a bed of lettuce, or on saltines or stuffed in half an avocado.

I'm making tuna salad tonight. How do you like it prepared and served?
