Not that it means much but I put over 177K miles on my Nissan Sentra and never had a big problem - nothing more expensive than a new starter which happened many, many miles into ownership of course. Once I had a warning light that they had trouble getting to stay off but there was never a performance issue attached to it and eventually they got it off (or the light burned out!)

Thanks all for ur comments , I read them all very carefully and giving them all lots of thoughts but I need to tell u all about what went on the last few ours and I hope to know what u think she finally make pee one time but great amount on the artificial grass I have on the hole of my house with plastic underneath so it will not leak the pee and which I sprayed with potty training spray for dogs then i I gave her dinner on time and she eat and drink some , then I took her for a 3 hours walk , I tried concrete , grass , sand grounds .. Each for almost 1 hour , and I even run with her for a while , and she did not make any pee or poop during all of this , finally I covered my car seat with some cloth and took her for a ride with slow speed , all I got is vomiting .. But very small amount not the same yesterday and most of the rode she was setting not laying down like yesterday and she even jumped out of the car when I asked her and I did not carry her down like before . I do not know what all of this mean , is it good or bad , and why she is not passing poop i got a number for a dog trainer but he can not visit us before next Monday ! now what should I do , why is holding the poop even outdoors she is happy and running and playing with us and following us around the house , eating but I think she is not eating enough , she sleeps at night at least 5 hours straight and then she sleeps on and of through the day , maybe 20 to 30 min naps around the day What u all think !?!?!

AWD helps with sloppy street and highway road conditions, and is suited for light-to-moderate off-roading. If you're driving in snowy winters, it's best to switch to snow tires even with AWD. A front-wheel drive car with snow tires can match most AWD cars, if ground clearance is not an issue. A lot of people confuse the increased stability of "traction control systems" that go under various names, with AWD. I have heard it described as AWD can be very useful getting you STARTED on a snowy road, but it's a traction control system that will be more helpful when the tires lose their grip on the road. We live in NorCA, so supercharger stations are common. 300 miles gets us to Monterey and back, that works! - Rebuilt Jaguar XKE with a Ford V-8 engine. Simply the most gorgeous car ever designed, even if it was a piece of unreliable carp. - Mazda 3. Small, fast, fun to drive. This is what I'd take to go to the grocery store when I'm craving Italian gelato or forgot to buy a loaf of bread. - Mercedes AMG S65 coupe. Finally, MBZ makes another sexy, super-fast, two-door coupe. Yum! The sixth slot is for the next gorgeous, sexy, fast, car that catches my heart, LOL. Something with auto-drive, for when I'm feeling lazy, maybe? Sigh. In reality, we're looking for another SUV and I'll probably end up with the Ford Edge Sport. I will look at the Honda CR-V to check it out (the storage specs are actually the same with the 2017 Honda as they are with the much bigger Edge) but that 315 hp twin-turbocharged engine is beckoning me.......... My DH is no help at all. He says he can drive anything, and I just have to pick what makes me happy. That's great, but that means the additional cost of the Edge over the CR-V is all on me!

I tried the headlights for the second time last night, but first I learned a couple of things. One is that the lights should be set on Automatic, and the lever should be pushed forward to enable the high beams. My drive from town consists of 5 miles of a 2-lane highway and 5 miles through the woods on both paved and dirt roads. The paved roads are in poor condition. I was driving between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m., so it was dark, but not completely black. The headlights were okay (not great, but not bad) on the highway. Every time a car came toward me, even from a distance, the car switched to low beams, then back to high after the car passed. I got flashed from an approaching driver once, but he was in a black car with no lights at all. I didn't see him coming, and neither, apparently, did my car. But when he flashed his lights my low beams kicked in immediately. The other thing I learned was that the car will not enable the high beams if your speed is less than 20 mph. I have no idea why. It makes no sense to me, especially after I experienced it when I got off the highway. Deer were everywhere, with more bucks than I've seen in a while. I slowed down to make sure I didn't hit any, and also to roll through some of the nastier potholes and bumps, and when my speed fell below 20 the high beams quit--just when I needed them to look out for deer. It was frustrating. I'm sure there's a way to bypass this, probably by getting off the Auto setting. I'll look it up. Last night I turned on the fog lights, and that helped somewhat. So I feel partly encouraged by this experience, but I haven't ruled out getting the lights aimed up a bit.

NOOOOOOOOOOO don't do it, don't smoke in it. When I got my new car I was a smoker and I never have smoked in it, nor has anyone else. Your windsheild/windows will stay clean and the car won't smell. If I can do it so can you.

By the time I smoked in our Dodge it was over a year old and the new smell was gone. It will take me awhile before I smoke in the new car

Beautiful car !! It would be a shame to smoke in it. But there is something that will kill the smoke smell. It's called "Unique Pet Odor and Stain Eliminator" I learned of this from a new car dealer when we had some odor from a dead rodent develop in our car. They got the rodent out and sprayed this stuff in the car and not only was the rodent smell gone, but all the smoke smell from DH's smoking was gone too.

We got a gallon of the stuff and I use it almost weekly for the tobacco smell. DH smokes in the car with the windows open, but in just a couple days, it need spraying again.

I hope you enjoy your Versa as much as I have enjoyed my Rabbit. Almost got the Versa but the Rabbit had more oomph for getting around trucks on the interstate.

While I don't care for smoke- I am more concerned that you remember to wear your seatbelt- we don't want our resident DJ squished on the road! :-)

Thanks everyone

I LOVE it!!!! So far I've used a quarter tank of gas and have driven 131 miles.

One thing I am adament about is using my seatbelt...especially my passengers.

i really really want to say I love it DJ but dang it when I read your gas mileage all my love left!! LOL not really I am proud of you.....I wish I could drive a little car..but with traveling so much on the interstates I feel sooo much safer in a big one..(Tahoe).....my dream car would either be another celica or a smart car.....sooo proud of your gas mileage enjoy.....Brian smokes and it is funny my Tahoe never smells like smoke....course it has leather seats maybe they don't asorb much and I am one who doesn't use the air much even when it is 100 out so it gets lots of airing out...STacy

It's very nice but smoking will definitely ruin the appeal.

My SIL swears she doesn't smoke in her car (because her sense of smell is deadened she doesn't realize that WE can smell it plain as day). She drives her grandchildren in that same car all the time. :(

I played my first CD in it today and it was from the 70's. Can't get any better then the Carpenters for a country drive. Tomorrow.....Englebert Humperdink!!!

Glad to know you are a seat belt woman! I listened to one of my CDs of your radio show on the way home yesterday and thought about this thread.

I have had my Rabbit 22 months and have just under 36,000 miles on it. Only problem I have had was the rear window cleaner sprayer thing got clogged, the dealer unclogged and all is well. Hope it doesn't happen after the warranty is out, apparently it is a bit of a problem and pain to unclog! LOL
