We went to Steinmart yesterday to pick up one of the quilts they had on sale for $29 any size (beautiful I got the blue) and we decided to stop in next door at World Market. I love their flat bread crackers the everything ones so good with cheese.

Anyway we ended up in the kitchen clearance section and man did we score big. They had several of the enameled cast iron pots and roasters like Le Creuset, in various sizes and colors that had been marked way down and were 50% off of that price!! I got the big 6qt oval roaster with lid for $10, a smaller round one with lid for $5, an 8qt enameled stock pot with lid for $5 and they had oval baking dishes for $3 and also square ones for $3. I got one of the bbq chicken cookers that you stand the chicken on this one takes 2 chickens for $2. I honestly don't remember what all we got but we darn near cleared it out. But these would make wonderful gifts.

I have to have my husband help me when I use any of my heavy enameled cast iron cookware but I just love using it especially in the oven. (I am very careful with it on my glass top range)

If you have one around you it may be a good idea to go check out what they have on their clearance shelf. I did see they have some stuff online on clearance too.

My husband nearly threw his back out trying to carry all those heavy pots in! Now I just have to find room for all my new cookware. But I have been getting rid of a lot of my old worn out stuff and replacing it with new good quality stuff.

And all I wanted was some crackers! When I told the manager that at check out she said well I sure am glad you wanted some crackers LOL

we also did very well at Steinmart I had a page full of coupons I got in email from them plus there were some on the little catalog I got in the mail. I like the quilt so much I may go back and get one in another color to swap around.
