OT: Prayers Needed......

for a little girl who is only 8yrs. old. She was injured on Dec. 21st in a snowblower accident and is currently fighting for her life. I don't personally know the family but they live in the same town as my sister. The family is hoping for a miracle and would like all the prayers they can get.

Update on Deb's son Bobby. PLEASE keep on praying for him. It has been 17 days now and he is slowly waking up. Doctors said he would be blind because of the injuries, but he opened his eyes and when his sister waved to him, he waved back. But he has a lot more to overcome to hopefully be his own self again one day THIS is why prayers are still needed. They work!!! thank you friends. God bless Lucy

You are all so wonderful. Audry took a turn for the worse, so she will remain heavily sedated until Wednesday at the earliest and on the respirator. They are aggressivly treating the pnemonia and for H1N1, eventho the tests have not come back in Tomorrow, I think the doc said, an infectious disease doctor will come in. They ran a scope and took a scraping of her lungs today. The xrays they took this morning showed the pnemonia worsening, but the doctor said that that could be due to the fact that when the first xrays were taken she was dehydrated and once hydrated the infection appears clearer, therefore looking worse, but may not actually be. Please continue to pray for Audry and her mother Tammy. This is heartbreaking watching your child suffer for her child. As we were leaving the hospital, a gentle rain was falling and a beautiful rainbow appeared. God is truly good. Thank you so much. My love to all of you.

Albert passed away at 1PM yesterday. He is best know for sharing his brugmansia plants. He just got interested in Plumeria, after he moved to the coast this past Dec. He was just putting in his flowerbeds at his new house. I talked to him last Saturday. He offered to let me have his trailer to bring back the big plumeria plants from John's house for K and Willey. I did not have a hitch on my car, He said his daughter took his truck to Belton, so he did not have a way to haul the trailer either. I told him I will just take my small truck, and see if I could bring a few home. When the box I had was too small to mail Andrew's Bill Morange, Albert drove 15 miles to bring me a box so I would be able to mail it to him. He was always thinking of others. He always read the plumeria forum, brugmansia forum, and the gardening in Texas forum, he told me he was so busy building his new deck and putting in flowerbeds, that he did not have time to post anymore. Thank you for this post. It's making me reflect about what is, and isn't, really important in my own life. Abigail's story was familiar to me but, like others, I thought she may have recovered. You sounded an alert today for many of us regarding pool safety. Of course, my good thoughts and prayers are going to you and Abigail's family.

Oh gosh, what a tale. My best wishes for the little girl and her family. I hope very much she pulls through.

I couldn't find any details about the accident but am a bit surprised that she was hurt by a snowblower. Wow! I wonder how.

Does anyone know what happened? I'm embarrassed to admit I'm not sure what a snow blower is. I'm assuming it means a big truck thing that works for the city (not a personal use snow blower).

How awful...

Thank You all for your prayers for Jaiden. As I mentioned I don't personally know her but she lives in the same town as my sister. My 8 yr. old niece is the little girl making the ribbons in support of Jaiden.

There is an update on Jaiden's condition on the blog today. There is some good news.

Please continue your prayers.

Francy- A snow blower or (snow thrower) is about the size of a lawn mower and it is used to mover snow out of the way. It is gas powered.

Thank You all for your kind wishes and prayers for Jaiden and her family. I was just on the blog checking for updates as I do quite often, and saw on a couple of the posts that there will be Confetti in Times Square with wishes for Jaiden on New Years Eve.

I just wanted to update those of you who have been praying for Jaiden and her family. I read on the blog http://www.jaident.blogspot.com/ that Jaiden is having another MRI today. Hopefully the family will get some positive news. Let's keep the well wishes coming
