Things you wish you had updated sooner (before a gut remodel)

I joined GW in 2009. I was planning a kitchen renovation that didn't have a start date. We finally started demo in 2012. Now that it's almost done, there are a few things that I could have changed about my old kitchen that would have made it better for those three years (or more). So for those of you who are planning but don't have a start date here are some ideas for minor improvements.

I wish I would have:
1) taken out my old stainless steel 2 bowl sink and replaced it with a single bowl. (My old sink was a drop-in so this is an easy change.)

2) Replaced my faucet with a high arc with a sprayer

3) retrofitted a cabinet with a trash pullout

All three of these could have been done for around $500 and it would have been totally worth it! What do you wish you had done sooner?
