Seriously? Return it and get one that isn't Price-Pfister. I had the Marielle and while it was pretty, it was nothing but problems. I have heard similar from others who had PF kitchen faucets. They make a nice bathroom faucet but their kitchen faucets are just not well designed or constructed.

I have the same faucet in the main and prep sinks in my kitchen. I do not have any problems with either. Is there a chance that the hose and weight are getting hung up on something in the cabinet below that is pulling it back to the middle?

It's not something I would be willing to live with, so I would recommend you call Price Pfister customer service. Or, require your plumber to troubleshoot and fix. It's not right! As for PP customer service, they were fabulous in replacing an entire faucet that we only needed a part for in our old house. Give it a chance.

I know PP gets a bad rap on these boards from time to time, but we have had nothing but good results using them in this house and our old house. I just like their styling better than others.

I think the weight might be adjusted wrong--have someone support the weight under the cabinet and see if it still does it. The weights are easy to adjust so hopefully that's all it is.

I hate to say this, because I know it probably cost ya to have it installed, but Price Pfitser is junk. I was told that when we bought ours and didn't listen, it was a 300.00 mistake. Now have Moen. Even if you get this issue fixed, I can almost guarantee it will not be the last time you have issues. Sorry.. :c(

Carol, I have this same Hanover PP faucet and I love the looks of it. Fortunately I do not have any of the problems many GWers warned about this product. Make sure the weight is free where it is hanging below. Can you have the installer comce back to fix it? If it is not an installation problem, then contact PP or the the place you bought it from for resolution. I would not live with the defect.

hi... thanks all for your answers... the hose and weight are lying to the right of the water pipe which is directly under the faucet, so maybe that is why it is pulling back to center when i turn spout to the left... it doesnt happen as much as when i go to right.... BUT aren't all pipes in center of cabinet so i would think that a lot of people would have problems with this...unless it has nothing to do with the pipe and could be another problem... PF customer service first said "it has to break in" and will eventually stop (has been a week and it is still doing it)...then i just called and they want to send me a piece that i think has nothing to do with the problem.... they told me if it doesn't work, to return it to store, but i want to know if mine is defective or it is just this model...apparently, others havn't has this specific problem... here is a photo of faucet and of under the sink where hose is...thanks

I keep trying to see but it is a little frustrating becuase your photo is so small and taken from a little far away, plus it doesn't show the entire thing, so you can't see if anything is restricting it, anyway. Can you post the photo but leave it larger and not crop it so much?

In my humble opinion, Price Pfister faucets are a low quality faucet brand. If you can, invest in a better quality faucet.

here are photos of faucet and under cabinet... the hose does lie to the right of the main pipe because they are both centered, but i would think that is a common thing. Also, i noticed that there is a lot of "play" (movement back and forth about 1/16") in the arm ... i can jiggle it where the thinner moving part of the arm spout meets the stationary thicker part that attaches to the countertop... does anyone with the hanover have this because maybe that is the problem and not the hose...i love the looks of this faucet but dont want this problem...i am just wondering if all these faucets have this looseness or play in the arm see photo
