Identifying Hinge on a Kitchen Cabinet door

legionnaire

I have a Kitchen Cabinet door. The two parts of the door face are at right angles to each other. The two door faces are connected by a hinge that allows opening the door at right angles.

But essentially, one of the hinges screw threads seems to have been stripped out completely. While the screw itself still has its threads, the hinge part embedded in the door is stripped. I need to find a replacement hinge.

Where can I identify the hinge brand? I can provide a photo of the hinge. It has a pacman like symbol on it.
