It wasn't plugged in! D'oh!

We had Subzero freezer drawers installed months ago now. We have fridge drawers on the other side of the room, which I have been using. The freezer drawers were never on. It didn't really matter, because the kitchen wasn't finished, and I didn't need to use them, but I wanted to see them on. I ask, and I'm told that a circuit is probably turned off. I look, see no circuit turned off, but am brushed aside every time I ask.

Finally, we are sort of moving into the kitchen, and I say I really want my stupid freezer drawers on. KD looks, can't figure out why they are not on, but is sure its nothing. Electrician looks and says he doesn't know. Another electrician looks and says they are defective. So they send a Sub-zero guy out to "repair" them.

They weren't plugged in.

No one tested them when they were installed to make sure they actually worked???? No one bothered to plug them in??

Oh, well, they are on now.
