How picky is reasonable during my kitchen cabinet install?

We're in the middle of our Ikea kitchen being installed. Cupboards are in, but there are issues I am not happy with. We used the company IKEA uses. They apparently have an A+ rating at the BBB.

Not sure how picky it is reasonable to be.

I have misaligned drawers, but they can be adjusted by us - should they have done that though? Some stick out more than others. Also, some doors aren't aligned to each other. What bugs me is he specifically said he would do that for us, but stopped after 2 drawers.

Also, the two fake drawers under the sink are totally uneven, and a white metal plate shows through.

The biggest thing - my countertop arrived, was placed on top of my supposed levelled cabinets, and there are major gaps under it in places (over an inch on one end). He used a laser leveler.

I'm now concerned that they will shim the crap out of the thing instead of relevelling - since the boxes are drilled into the wall already.

Should I expect all of this to be fixed, or am I expecting too much?

I have only paid a 50% deposit so far. Thank you for any comments.
