Need help with undersink compost options

I'd like a swing out for compost in the sink cabinet, but am not sure the cabinet is large enough. The interior opening is 29" wide (both doors open) and each door is about 14.75" wide. Most of the units I've seen specify a minimum of 15.75" or more. I interpret this to mean that I would need to open both doors to use those units.

I did buy a hafele plastic rectangular bin that is pretty small(6-7/8" W x 6-7/8"D x 13-3/8" H) and required only a 10" cabinet. Problem with that unit is that the plastic lid just sits on top and seems a little precarious. We're concerned that it would not block smells very well.

So GWers, do I have any other options for a swing out?
