Quartz seam over the dishwasher? has anyone done this?

Our kitchen layout is basically one long wall of cabinets with the sink and dishwasher in the middle and short pieces of counter on the two ends of the run (one side has the stove and small 9" cabinet on the other side of it/ the other end has a small cabinet with counter over hang for a counter bar fitting "maybe" two small stools.

Our fabricator measured this week and recommended that we put our seam over the dishwasher so we would only have one seam in the counter. If we don't put the seam over the dishwasher we will have to go with two seams due to the distance. We have found the granite/quartz clips that attache under the dishwasher to then screw into and we have put a brace on the wall behind the dishwasher so there is support for the quartz and for the installer to use to line up the seam.

I am just worried that there might be issues later on without the support under the front? The fabricator has said they have been doing this for several years and have not had any issues with the seam over the dishwasher. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! They are to be cut on Monday and installed on Wednesday so I really need to know if we should change the seams to two?
