SS double sink with drainboard

I have searched high and low and cannot find what I need. I have 72" counter stretch to place it but the sink does not have to be that long. I what it to be either "integrated" (i.e., with a backspalsh) or undermount.

I was thinking of Elkay 72" one (see link). I really like that it has an integrated backsplash and is sort of "self-contained piece".

But it has a few disadvantages:

1. It is expensive for an 18 gauge sink.

2. It is only 25" front to back (but I can live with it).

3. The bowls are too shallow (standard 7.5"). Ideally, I'd like 8"-10".

I sort of, kind of like The Galley Sink (TGS) but I would never pay the MSRP for something that is just a sink with bowls and colanders. (A couple of years ago, I designed something similar myself with two Ticor sinks for a fraction of TGS but have never "executed" it. :-) )

Has anyone tried it? What did you pay for it, if I may ask? Was it worth the price?

I have looked at many, many commercial sinks online but they seem to be not deep enough (front to back) - no more than 24".

Perhaps, I am not in the right places.

Could you recommend me some?

TIA!
