remodeling bathroom-bead board

Bathroom is 7ft. 6inches by the same. Not a huge area but only used by me. I have an old clawfoot tub and today my hubby is putting in an antique pedestal sink. The walls are yucky 25 year old walltex and I think I want to use some bead board. I bought 1 sheet and can't decide how high to put it. I want an old Victorian look to go with the tub and sink. Do I go 4 or 5 feet up with the b board then what up above that, some old fashioned wall paper? Or do I use something else on the bottom and the b board on top half? Then what on bottom? I think because of the small size of the room putting the board from floor to ceiling would be way too much of the striped look. Help. I need to install the first piece today to get the sink in, this piece can only go 4 or 5 feet up from floor because above that is a build in cupboard that stays. Ideas, please I need ideas.

Thank-you.
