We used a low vessel sink in a powder room because the counter itself is high. (We used Kohler Conical Bell which sits only 3 inches off the counter.) The faucet is a Moen 6111. It's 12 1/2" from counter to top of faucet. The height seems to work well with the height of the sink. The one thing I'd do over is move it just a bit closer to the sink -- the way it sits, the water stream arcs right into the center (drain), which sounds great. But when you wash hands, they're above the drain, so it would be nice to have the water arc hit the center a couple inches higher. If you do a wall mount, I think you can select the height and have the water spout go straight down into the middle of the sink. (I really wanted a wall mount, but only with one handle and could only find styles for $$$.)

Well, we went with the taller one after all -- we saw it in a showroom and it was not overly imposing.

Oh, forgot to tell you...yes, I do like it. It's easy to use and when I'm filling a pot I leave the pot on the counter and just pull out the faucet head and hang it on the pot edge. I then let it fill...hands free! This is especially handy when I'm filling the 5-gallon bucket for the fish tank. Once that bucket is full, it's too heavy (for me) to lift it out of a sink and then over. It's so much easier to put the bucket on the counter, fill it, and then just ease it off the counter. I have a confession to make, I think I actually like the pull out functionality better than the pull down...I know, it flies in the face of the trend and opinions of most people here... Don't get me wrong, I really like my Vinnata and it works great for the Cleanup Sink; but for prepping, I find the pull out more useful and easier to use. I'm glad I have one of each...I have all the pros of each and those pros counteract the negatives of the other.
