It depends on what you like, and your lifestyle. We are using a lot of yellows, creams, golds and my wood is cherry. My favorite for sofas and recliners to go with this is good quality leather. My current sofa is 15 years old and still quite nice, even with my 4 large dogs constantly jumping on and over it!

That's great, glad to help! I have a SW fan deck and Jersey Creme or Napery seem to be close to the colors you mention on my monitor, but you know monitors distort color too. That said, I would suggest you go with something that leans more towards golds on the swatches as opposed to yellow. They will be yellow when you put them up I promise. Years ago, I wanted a light tan on the walls and used Behr Warm Muffin. It looked like the color of spice cake on the swatch, came home to a wall my DH painted and it was GOLDEN Yellow. Looking at the photos, I think something along the lines of Ivoire would work best with the color of your fabric. Here are some sample pictures of the most popular SW, yellows here in the forum. I'm suprised to hear anything bad about RL paints. I've been using them for years...they're the only paints I buy at the big box store. Honestly, I've purchased tens of gallons, after having used them on ceilings in three homes, as well as cabinets. And I'm using them on the new place as well, and I can't say as I've noticed any change in their formation. They go on rich and smooth, both with a brush and roller. They're thick, with a high level of solids, but that's what you want in a good paint. I'd call Writers Parchment a true match to deep, rich ivory myself. Parchment is one step deeper in tone. I'd call it a very soft tan, but definately a tan, next to the parchment which is ivory. I had Parchment on the dining room ceiling and it was just one step too far into tan to keep up, which is why I switched out to the writers parchment (the walls are washed with gold and buff, so the softness of the ceiling light is essential for the room to work). I just made my ceiling color sound like a science project gone bad :oP "Essential for the room to work" LOL I'm starting to think I'm a decorator :oP

UPDATE in renovations! We have painted the walls Sherwin Williams Muslin, which almost exactly matches the cabinets, so If you want to picture it, literally look at our cabinets in first photos, it's the same color. We have picked out a Wilsonart Pebble Piazza Counter top. And we found a way to get some new stainless steel appliances! They are not here yet, but next week. After doing alot of reasearch with colors, Sherwin Williams Alabaster White goes really well with the Muslin on walls and Cabinet color, and ties in the Pebble Piazza Countertop. I can't speak for how it shows on your computer monitors, but it is a perfect neutral to warm cement looking countertop close to the first soapstone I posted only without the loud streaks of color in it. It is not cool undertone gray at all! Sorry the photo is not showing the colors better, I tried. But in the end, all I need to find now is a warm white subway tile that is really close to the Sherwin Williams color Alabaster! When you put an 8x10 sample of alabaster under the muslin, it still reads white but NOT a stark cold blue white. It is and off white yellow undertone white. Does anyone know of a specific subway tile (name/ brand/ color) that looks like the Sherwin Williams Alabaster paint?
