How about a soft yellow, something like SW Believeable Buff? I think a soft yellow would look very pretty with the Khaki and Ivory.

I would try to go with a little darker color. Try to find a photo with some khaki furniture that you like and see which wall color was used. Here is a nice photo with tan/khaki furniture that I like. I think that the wall color works well here and some users mentioned that both Antiquity 6402 and Grounded 6089 by Sherwin-Williams are similar colors.

This room faces north looking out at a covered porch which also shields it from receiving any direct sunlight, so I'm afraid to go too dark with something like Grounded or Antiquity, Emma.

Lukkiirish, I'm so glad that you suggested a soft yellow, since that's what the room used to be before I repainted, and I always loved how the room looked before. SW's Believable Buff still looks too beige to me, so I was wondering about something like BM's You Are My Sunshine or Hawthorne Yellow - except they would have to be color matched at Sherwin Williams.

If anyone knows of any other SW soft yellows, I would look at those, too. I've always loved yellow, and already have that in my kitchen.

That's great, glad to help! I have a SW fan deck and Jersey Creme or Napery seem to be close to the colors you mention on my monitor, but you know monitors distort color too.

That said, I would suggest you go with something that leans more towards golds on the swatches as opposed to yellow. They will be yellow when you put them up I promise. Years ago, I wanted a light tan on the walls and used Behr Warm Muffin. It looked like the color of spice cake on the swatch, came home to a wall my DH painted and it was GOLDEN Yellow. Looking at the photos, I think something along the lines of Ivoire would work best with the color of your fabric.

Oh wow, Luckkiirish, I just love how the Believable Bluff looks in that room sample - not at all beige looking! That might work well, after all. I'll look at the other two you suggested, also, since I see too much beige/tan in Ivoire, Blonde, and Warm Muffin. Thanks for the help!

Yeah, it's a really popular color, all of these will look beige, tan or caramel color on the swatches but yellow on your walls. Your lighting is what's going to play a big part as to how they look in your room. I know the Warm Muffin doesn't look too yellow in the photo I posted, but believe it or not, in our well lit room, it is darker and more yellow than any of the pictures I've posted. LOL I still have to double check the swatch sometimes.

It's funny bc I was looking at SW believable buff and ivoire for my halls and foyer, but I went w/ bb bc ivoire looked too creamy yellow for me ( l wanted more beige). These paints look different in every house, so I strongly suggest samples!!
I'm doing sw blonde in my fam room. For me, it's a warmish understated gold. In my sun room I'm doing sw humble gold which is a pretty goldy yellow. These 2 might look good w/ your furniture too. Hth

The room before was done in Valspar Perkin's Cove. On the sample it looks beige, but on our walls it came out a lovely light warm yellow. I guess I could go back to that, or one of the SW suggestions. I really prefer SW paints, though, the last gallon I used went on sooooo smoothly and has held up so well.

Yup, it's in the same sort of family. Very nice, just be sure the one you end up going with works well with the khaki. I think it's going to look really nice, hope you post pics when it's done.

Nanny2a - One of my favorite yellows that I've used was BM Straw. Pretty, pretty, pretty! SW Blonde was also a really pretty color that I sampled (decided I was not a yellow kind of girl).

Just the other night I was flipping through one of my SW Fandescks and saw some really pretty yellows. I'll have to go back and look at the names.

BM Vellum is a really pretty yellow too.

BTW - SW has the BM formulas so they don't colormatch them.
