Mine are glazed, brown glaze over cream cabinets. I think you don't see the dirt as much, but I don't think it necessarily makes them easier to clean.

The topic of glazing white or cream cabs comes up a lot. I did an intermit search for this site and 'glaze white' and found many threads. I'll link one below. IMHO, they aren't easier to clean. To me they just look dirty all the time anyway so it's more difficult to tell if they ARE clean.

I painted and glazed the original cabs in my house when we moved in to cover the horribly dark 70's finish. It was difficult to tell when they were a little dirty. If I forgot to clean on a regular schedule, they were nasty gross when I discovered the dirt and dust. My new cabs are white without glaze. The dirt, dust, and spills show easily and are easy to clean. I love knowing the cabs are clean. I'm very happy with my new white cabs!

I went through the same decision on my cabinets. Sometimes I looked at the glaze and thought it looked nice other times it just looked dirty. I opted for a finish called lace which is an ivory color with no glaze. I don't think the glaze makes it easier to clean it just hides the dirt a little better.
