Has anyone used battery powered LED lights (the stick on kind)?

I need some undercabinet lighting for two small corners and some lighting for the inside of our two super susans. I'm attracted to the idea of battery powered LEDs because of the ease of installation and use. I do understand and can live with the reduced light output compared to regular LED lighting.

IKEA has the DIODER lights which they put in their drawers, but as I understand it, they have sensors that turn them on and off. I am not sure how it would work under cabinets or in a super susan corner. Has anyone used the IKEA lights?

Lowes and other big box stores sell a variety of battery powered LEDs. Has anyone used any of them? Good/bad?
