Nope. I was looking at the mag in the library and could to see one.

It is a cool chair, though and looks comfortable, too.

It's a Cherner chair, designed by Norman Cherner in 1958, and still made to original specs by the Cherner co.

The armchair, as pictured is about $1029 retail. No arms, about $730.

They are complicated in design with more layers of plywood at the bend, tapering to less layers toward the edges.
