when you get comfortable with web searching, you can copy the key words and use them again and again. When you post here you can copy those key words into your post.

Have you tried searching this forum for ''commercial faucet''? You should find aliris19's threads with a good bit of information, and some other older threads too. ''pre rinse'' pulls up some threads too.

I have to confess that I initially purchased a lovely commercial-style chrome pre-rinse faucet (I think it was a German Blanco) but we ultimately decided it was too shiny and sleek for our otherwise lumpy bumpy 1921 craftsman kitchen. But we also don't have much stainless steel in there otherwise -- I think it could work splendidly if you have other steel/chrome finishes running around, like dishwasher/stove/fridge etc.

Your choices sound great so far -- do you have any specific color ideas in mind for the cabinets/walls/backsplash/counter?

Thanks circuspeanut. I am one of those people who you can see to my kitchen from my front door. Actually, you can see straight out my back door from my front door. I'm about to make it worse because we're taking down half the wall between the kitchen and diningroom to make sort of an island. since I have such a tiny galley kitchen, when friends come they stand in a space about as big as a closet. When we remodel, they will be able to sit at my diningroom table and talk to whomever's in the kitchen. So, my kitchen has to match my livingroom. Since I can't get new furniture, I'm stuck with what I've had for 11 years that moved from another house. I have an EA oriental rug that has sages, burgandys, golds, and browns in it. Trying to pull from that. I wondered about burgandy cabinets. It also has a sort of gray in it and I was thinking about a nice gray color on my MDF shaker style, custom made cabinets with pulls that look like eyelids and a lot of stainless steel appliances. Maybe marmoleum floor. Maybe corian counter tops or paper stone. There's so little counter space maybe I can afford the paper stone. I just don't know. Totally verklempt over the whole thing. Thought about dragging my rug to a decorator and yelling help! Any ideas? After considering the professional faucet I think I've come full circle to a plain commercial Chicago faucet fixture with two handles and a spout with an arm like a pot filler. Plain jane and sturdy.
