Bonding

With the kids out of school, people off from work, folks visiting each other -- what a great time to do some bonding. Doing things together is what causes bonding to take place. Activities that require interaction.

Enjoy each other and accept each other for where we're/they're at in their ability to be friendly, participate in activities, have conversations, etc.

And folks! Don't forget that kids and animals need to spend some of their energy early in the day -- if you want them to be able to settle down. Working out a little in the morning -- especially outdoors where we can see the sky and contemplate a little --will help us get a good start for the day.

One of our posters will be walking her dog every time she is tempted to get upset -- who knows how much trouble she'll be able to avoid.

Dogs are good to have just because they give us a reason to go for a walk outside and to say hi to our neighbors. I don't have one -- cause I don't like flies, etc.
