He just said weed and feed. I text him after our conversation to ask him to warn me before spraying but he must not have seen the text as when I was pulling up from picking up my daughter his wife was already spraying the front of the neighbors yard. She was using a hose and a container of something. I was mainly concerned about an area over the fence of my veggie garden that is a side yard for the other unit. I asked him in my text not to spray that area but I'm not sure if they did or not as he never replied. Ugh. I will be looking for signs of herbicide damage. .. Good thing I have back ups. Along that fence I have tomatillos and tomatoes planted, but I only planted half of my starts. Would herbicide affect garlic as well?

I think Sieryn gives good advice. You would never want to make her feel like you were leading her to choose living with you. You can, however, make it known that you would love to have her, and that at her age a judge will listen more to her reasonable wishes. She needs to know that all her parents want what is best for her, and that she needs to think of what is best for her (not her parents) as far as a living situation. At her age I think it's even okay to tell her that there could be some hurt feelings as all parents would like her twith them all the time and obviously can't have that, but that it isn't her responsibility in this instance to worry about her parent's feelings. No matter what you say though, she will still worry. Would there be a way for her to see a psychologist for a while to talk some of these things through? He/she could then give a recommendation to the courts that may be nothing more than repeating what your SD wants, but then he/she is the bad guy rather than SD, and BM has no way to know if SD said she wanted to move or if Dr. just thought she should.

I worked for a vet for several years...this does sound like maybe kidney trouble. 18 is a ripe age for a kitty. If she isn't drinking, she's in trouble. At this age I wouln't suggest that you put her through the terrible stress of having work done at the vet's office. It might be her time. Try to get some liquid into her. Food isn't as big a deal for a few days. Keep her warm. If she won't drink for more than 2 days you really do have to see a vet and you may be faced with a heart wrenching decision. My thoughts are with you and your furry buddy.

How quick you architects are to turn on your own profession! What ever happened to professional courtesy? You can always blame the contractor in these forums! Here's one scenario: Consider the possibility that M. Francois may have created a un design tres different from what was actually constructed. It may have been that the owner didn't retain Monsieur for the administration des contrats. It could be the case that plans for three different projects got co-mingled (foutu) during the bid phase. It could be the case that three different contractors--none of whom were able to decipher plans in French-- submitted exactly the same low bid. And it could be that the owner, out of a sense of fairness, decided to divi up the project to all three contractors. Alternative facts? Maybe...
