Don't know what to do

This is my first time posting on here and don't know where else to turn. My husband and I have been married fr almost 6 years. His daughter moved in with us approx. 4 yrs ago because her step-dad was verbally and emotionally abusing her and her BM ignored it. Last year, about 7 months ago, she began dating a 15 yr old (she's 19) and its all gone downhill from there. She started college in August and since then we have been able to do nothing right according to her or her mom. She wasn't eating, sleeping, was drinking bottles upon bottles of energy drinks, drinking alcohol, etc. We asked her what was going on to which she replied nothing that everthing was fine. We spoke to her boyfriend and that's when all he** broke loose. She began emailing me and IM'ing me and telling me that we had no right to do what we did to her boyfriend, that we aren't allowed to speak to him or any of her friends ever again, and that her dad was no longer her dad, I was no longer her step-mom and her sister was no longer her sister. When she comes down for weekends, she doesn't come to our home, but stays with friends or her boyfriend. She is telling everyone that we are starting all these rumors about her and saying things that we have never said. Of course, her mother believes everything she says. She came over the other day to get her mail and denied saying that she said anything to anyone--I had cut and copied what it was she had said and showed it to her--all of a sudden she remembered saying it and said she said it because she was mad. Her father receives child support for her from her mom, and the judge told us the last time she took him back to court that by law we didn't have to send the money to her; that we could use it for household bills if we needed to. We usually keep one payment a month out of her child support; the other weeks get transferred from our account into her account. She has given her ATM card to her boyfriends mom and they use it for whatever they need. At this point, I could care less who is getting her money, but I'm getting sick of hearing that we are saying things that we haven't said and once again, 2 months later, her mother is again taking my husband back to court regarding child support. The judge told her that as long as her daughter's mailing address was our address that that was her legal address and meant that this was her home and that he would continue to receive her child support whether his ex wanted that or not. I know I'm rambling, but I don't have anyone else that I can vent to or ask questions too. If anyone can give me any help in this matter, please do. BTW, we live in NY state.
