Square D QO versus Homeline

Are there any real significant differences between the Square D QO panels versus the Homeline for a typical residential application?
I did a search on this forum and did not find anything really significant that would make the case for 1 versus the other except for price.
I'm looking at building 1 spec house & my own house. Pricewise, the QO load center & the QO breakers look to be about double the Homeline price. For my application w/ two 200A load centers per house, the QO solution would cost about $1,000 & the Homeline solution would cost about $500.
I'm aware of the exposed busses on the Homeline load center versus being isolated on the QO, the QO single pole breakers being 3/4" wide versus 1" for Homeline, & the trip window indicator on the QO. But nothing that really stands out either quality-wise or functionality-wise to justify spending the extra $500.
Am I missing something?
