New to me...

I never thought I would be posting in this forum, but I have met a wonderful man...age 41 with two girls, 6 and 11. I have one daughter who is 15 and we are pretty close, considering she is the typical 15 years old. Since it has been a while since I've had small children I was a little worried about getting involved with someone that had them. But, I think they are as wonderful as their dad. The problem? MY (only child, center of everyones attention child) seems to be very jealous. The relationship is very young (two weeks) but, I worry already because she is not receptive to these girls at all. The fact that I even like them so much is a problem. I talked to her tonight and apoligized for talking about them so much. I did explain that I am just (finally) happy, hopeful with this guy and amazed that the kids are so nice and friendly. I never thought that she would react so negitively. Its suttle, but I as her mom know. We are all going through a getting to know you period. Except being 15, she does have her teenage life and friends and doesn't want to be around me, my boyfriend and his children. I think I should have him over for dinner during the week without his children so he can be around just the two of us. Any advice?
