Identify this wire...

I have a black 220v wire running to my original range in my house. It has the markings 10-8-G Non-metallic sheathing Type NM 600V F10816K on it. It is black sheathed, with red white and black wires and a small gauge bare ground wire. The conductors are solid (not stranded) and appear to be copper.

I am trying to identify this wire and determine its maximum carrying capacity (amperage) so that I know whether I need to replace it with a lower gauge wire.

Can anybody tell me what the carrying capacity of this wire is for a 20-30ft run?

Any help identifying this would be much appreciated.
