I have seen that fabric before but cannot recall who makes it. I bet if you able print that photo and take it or email it to large fabric stores, they will be ale to find it for you, if people here can't help.

It's Waverly Portia fabric, it comes in both black and red, maybe other colors but those are the two I know of.

I was going to suggest that depending on what is available, because you want it all from one dye lot, you could do a solid cream curtain and just band it in a wide band of the Portia fabric. If you wanted to be more adventurous, perhaps a red and white narrow stripe (like ticking, for example) for the curtains, with that banding.

Please let us see the finished product!
