I have decided to pay the 10% restocking fee for the TEC XT grout (after the 25% off and before the 7% sales tax it came to $36.71 for their stain resistant enhanced grout that is not an Epoxy. I will then drive a few miles farther down the highway and go to Lowe's and buy the SpectraLOCK Mushroom grout that I wanted but the former installer just wanted to use what was at the local tile store where I bought the Akoya Bone Tiles. I heard I need lots of sponges. What sponges are best so there will be clean ones here for him to use since I want the color to be true? The new installer says he can pick up glue and I do not need to buy more of the Adhese-SuperflexW Tile & Stone Mortars, 50 Lb Super Flext White (says this on the package so has abbreviations.. is in my cold garage right now....$42.74 after the 25% off I paid and before the sales tax). I was told the glue I had bought was a special Latex Glue. How can the installer mix glues since I have so much of this bag left over? What glue should we use since I have a cement floor due to the fact that I live in a townhouse with no basement. All this stress due to the first lot of the Rialto Beige tiles being sold out so I found a tile that looked just like that lighter color I wanted. I would have just asked Lowe's and bought what glue they told me but I can't return opened dry glue so now I have this bag here. I have to put an Estate on extension today and get these holiday cards out as well as close a few corporations. I am so behind in my work since I want my two foyer areas to look nice. I wish you lived near me Jerry so you could do this tile job for me and it would have been done months ago and I would not be behind in my work.

Hi cynic, I don't know whether the quality of the drink at Slack-mac's up here is same as down south - but up here, Timmys is **much** better. Up here, Timmy's beats Wendys, who own them, as well - and a guy at a Wendys told us that they don't use the same coffee as Timmys. Wendys is about to spin Timmys off, we hear - don't know why, as much of their profit comes from Timmys. The Burger Boys' stuff can't touch what Timmys makes, either. Three or four years ago, when daughter'd been in AZ working for a while, she was flying to Edmonton to attend her cousin's grad as nurse. I was to drive out from here - through northern MN, by the way - and daughter emailed to ask Aunt Fran if they had Tim Hortons in Edmonton (they did). If not, I was to get her a couple of cans to bring from London to Edmonton, so she could take them back in her baggage to AZ. Three times over the border. She's back here now - came back over 2 years ago to care for her mother, ill with colon cancer. Ironic - as head of food service in a major psych. hosp for 20 years, she'd fed probably a couple of million people or more. She retired early, when there was discussion of closing her hosp. or another 20 miles away. When she died, kids said in the ordinary course, she'd have retired about a year before her death - and I said that she'd have been ill for well over half of that year. As it was, she had 10 years to pursue hobbies, travel south for a few months every winter, and enjoy life: have a ball. We have a Williams Coffee Bar up here, as well - but their coffee not as good as Timmy's, I figure. Enjoy your drinks - but if you drink too much, don't drive. Whelp I got the project mostly done. I need better latches on the upper cabinet doors as the cat Abby has decided I put that there for her to open doors and climb up into. GGGGRRRRRR Both pieces were on wheels !!!! All furniture should be on wheels. LOL The old stuff has come from all over. I remember the hooser came from a liquor store in Challis. Just some thing they were selling on the side.Most of my stuff really is just junk. Yard sale stuff thrift store. I still need to fine tune things in studio and kitchen but already Hoosier is great where it is and the ability to easily get to the appliances is a big help. Not that getting them from a shelf below cabinet is all that hard. For me now it is. sigh. Good news is my hands are getting better. This has been pretty miserable. I am going to jazz up the hoosier a little bit. I am not at all concerned to devalue it as it is not a good one. Crappy wood not pretty oak. Painted and all. Then I will get a picture. Adding fru fru to the top is out of the question Again Abby has her own opinion on what belongs up there and has cleared it twice already of what she does not like. This dang cat is more like an Orangutan than a sweet little kitty.

Lars, when I have zucchini that "hides" and I don't find it until it's too big to make a nice vegetable dish, then I make zucchini candy, zucchini pickles or relish or zucchini bread or muffins. I only have zucchini that big, though, for about a month or two in the summer, the rest of the time it's just too expensive to buy enough zucchini to make bread! This recipe takes 4 cups grated, and makes two loaves. Seagrass, I knew I'd like the addition of mocha, as well as the almond extract in this recipe, but I didn't read the recipe carefully, melted the butter and just stirred everything together in the bowl. It worked for me, sometimes I just get lucky! You can use a mixer, with that shoulder. I do hope you are feeling better... Mocha Zucchini Bread 4 cups grated zucchini (from about a pound and a half of zucchini) 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa (use natural unsweetened cocoa, NOT Dutch processed) 2 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar 2 eggs 3/4 cup unsalted butter (12 Tbsp or 1 1/2 sticks), melted 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 1 Drain excess moisture from grated zucchini: Place the freshly grated zucchini in a sieve over a bowl to catch any excess moisture as it drains, while you work on prepping the other ingredients and preparing the recipe. 2 Preheat oven, prepare loaf pans: Preheat oven to 350°F, with a rack in the middle. Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans with baking spray or butter. 3 Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, cinnamon: Vigorously whisk together the flour, unsweetened cocoa, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk until there are no more clumps and the ingredients are well combined. 4 Beat sugar and eggs, add melted butter, instant coffee granules, almond extract: In a separate large bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs until smooth, about a minute. You can do this with an electric mixer on medium speed, or by hand with a wooden spoon. (I'm lazy and use a mixer but it's easy enough to do by hand.)Add the melted butter, instant coffee granules, and almond extract and beat until smooth. 5 Stir zucchini into sugar egg mixture, add flour mixture: Mix the shredded zucchini into the sugar egg mixture. Add the flour to the zucchini mixture in 3 additions, stirring to combine after each addition. 6 Divide batter into pans and bake: Work quickly, and divide the batter between the two prepared loaf pans. (Work quickly because once the dry ingredients have mixed with the wet ingredients, the leavening has begun.) Place into the oven. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean and easily. 7 Cool: Remove to a rack. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then run a blunt knife around the edges to separate the bread from the pan. Remove from the loaf pans and let cool completely on a rack. Note that if you try to slice the chocolate zucchini bread before it has completely cooled, it will be rather crumbly. It's also easiest to slice with a bread knife.
