Marie, you seem to be having a wonderful summer! You must be so happy to see your family enjoying themselves so much this summer. Sarah looks great. It's so nice that she seems to enjoy gardening and so do her friends. You have that in common and that is not a small thing. 'Elizabeth' Yellow Magnolia is a beauty, and what a great wedding gift! Love those candid photos of the bride. Looked like a very comfortable, casual, happy wedding. I love Skyler's outfit. It is so him. Especially nice to see DS in on the action! Pancreatic cancer claimed my beloved mom too, in 2011. My brother has a video of her in happy times that I couldn't watch either for a while because it was too painful. People say time heals and I know what that means, except I think it really doesn't heal, it is just that you learn over time to live with your loss. It gets easier. One thing I did, was write down stories of my mom, what it was like for her growing up at Christmas for example. And I sent that one out to her friends and our relatives in a Christmas card last year. Rose, one day you will be able to watch that video and be so glad you have it. Especially when you have grandkids and can show it to them as well, telling them stories about their grandfather and your life together with their mom as a little girl... My thoughts are with you.

I know what Prepaid Legal is. A best friend got 'into' it, thinking it was the most wonderful thing in the world, and that 'everyone' would automatically 'want' to buy it. Being a best friend, she asked me to 'just watch' the video. She said it was really neat! I did just that...watched it, and then told her it was something that 'some' folks may want to pay for every month for the rest of their lives, but I wasn't one of them. Didn't foresee needing an attorney anytime in the next 10-20 years or so. She soon dropped out of it...finding it wasn't the great easy money maker she thought it would be. I think your friend sounds really hooked on it....determined to be one of the few at the top of that pyramid...What it might all boil down to is his worship of the almighty dollar, and not value such 'things' as friends and old friendships. Do you have any communication with this "friend?" What kind of "friend" is she? An acquaintance? Do you talk to her at church? Do you talk to her outside of church? When did you find out you were deleted from Facebook? Did you talk to her about it then? Maybe she's having a small wedding and is limiting it to only family and close friends. Sounds like too much drama.....
