been awhile, had totally forgotten about this thread, thank you for the kind comments glad you enjoyed the pictures, because i sure liked taking them :) dahli22: I really like the poppies mixed in with the chervil too, and the best part about it is that i do nothing to maintain them ;), unfortunately i don't think the NoID plant is anything in the fritillaria genus. and yes i eat the sea kale and lots of it :D, i eat the flower buds, the stems and the leaves all raw, some people cook them but i haven't tried that yet. was just digging around in the computer and found some more pictures from the summer :) enjoy! more sea kale fuchsia, climbing hydrangea and clematis. again. and one last time wild roses growing along our horsepen old poplar growing a root inside itself small buttercops elderberrie in the back of our yard in bloom and one in front of the house the burial mount again later on the season with new flowers closeup with our house in the background :) and to finish off with some fall/winter pictures :) from october i think ' èfrom november

Nice shelves! and congratulations on all the new growing space! Your have a beautiful epescia. I haven't grown an epescia in ages and now I'll want one. :) I'm like you and have plants everywhere. One of my best scores on craigslist was a stack of thick glass shelves that a woman wanted to get rid of. She told me she had used them to display dolls. I took them all and split them with my sisters and one of my BILs used some to build me this great 3-shelf plant stand:

Bob wouldn't be offended by the title of Mr. McGregor. He calls himself farmer John. He started wearing overalls in the garden by my suggestion because his pants were always falling down. He always asks if I'm embarrassed by him wearing then out in public (just hardware store and fast food places) and I tell him no. My grandfather wore overall all the time except on the rare occasion he had to wear a suit. Nancy

Thanks everyone. I attached a link to my photobucket page, for some reason I'm having problems making those pics post larger???

Yes, I did do a window with my daughter's pics - it turned out great! You can see a pic of it too if you go on photobucket.

Thanks again!
Dawn

Dawn, just a little tip in case you might be interested.

If you select the pic you want to post, then go all the way to the bottom of the Photobucket page, you can click on "generate HTML and IMG code". It will take you to the next page where you then click on the first option, right click, select "copy". Now go to your post here and right click and select "paste". When you hit preview, your pics will show and will be sized so that when someone clicks on them they enlarge temporarily. That way you don't have to post your whole album unless you want to, and the pics don't take up much space on here either so it keeps the posts from dropping off so quickly. Luvs

P.S. you can do multiple pics at the same time too--no going back and forth for each one.

Kathi, thank you so much. I love gardening as well as creating things - I guess you could say that it's my outlet.... The stacked pots were very fun to do and can be done for any occasion. The bunny "feet", I just happened upon & they worked out perfect with the pots. I've also made the pots in a smaller version & those are cute too.

Thanks again,
Dawn
