chicago parking?

Anyone out there that can give an idea of where to park for a day on the mag. mile? We want a central location. Which intersection is the best? How much for a full day of parking? Any info would be appreciated.

Lots of parking garages downtown...possibly at 900 ? N. Michigan (we think it's at Bloomingdales) across from Hancock bldg. It's at the N. end of Michigan Ave, 2 blocks N. of Water Tower place. Not sure what $$ is, but would be easily $25. plus. Probably cheaper places on State Street (2 blocks west), but then you'll have a bit of a hike or cab fare. Have fun!

I don't see the difference between 'The Jelly Bean' and those ubiquitous ugly garden gazing globes, except it's oversized and overpriced. People seem to be rather fond of it, though. All in all, this is the most user friendly park I have seen in a long time.

To me it looks like a nice little shrub rose named "Bonica" -- I'll put a link to photos below. I'm out of your zone but "Bonica" grows well here in 10a and is disease resistant. and while you are out there to snap the pic.. see if they are heavily sheared into that size ... look back past this springs growth and see if you see cut ends ... many things in commercial settings are not in what one might call.. natural shape ken ps: weigalia might be an alternative
