My new outdoor project. .inspired from this forum

I want to thank who ever posted their outdoor kitchen/planter they built. I loved it and wanted to build one of my own. After pricing old sinks I decided to use an old galvanized dishpan. I am no where near being thru with this project but am so excited at how it is turning out I just could not wait to share. It is made out of old barn doors from the barn at our family farm. I have more items to hang around it and more flowers to plant in old containers. Debbie. .

That's wonderful. I really like that daisy flower pot holder. How did you make it or was it a found item? Thanks, Lynn

I bought the daisy flower pot holder at a local feed store. They had two of them so brought both home. .It's all rusty. .which made it even better. .Thanks .. Debbie

OK, I'll wait a few weeks until PFW is over and I have something to post, and then I'll start a new summer thread. That's my favorite cart. My father had the bigger one for many years and now my brother is using it. I loved the big one, but it's a little hard to maneuver so I bought the middle size a few years ago (many different suppliers sell these or similar carts). The mid-size one has a removable gate and spent the winter on my porch under the overhang next to a plastic toboggan. If there was no snow cover I'd roll the cart down the steps and use it to carry big bags of birdseed from the car. In case of snow, the plastic toboggan got delivery duty. The cart is out basking in the sun today. The toboggan is getting dusty. Claire

The garage sale was a bust. The metal turned out to be not at all what we were looking for. She did say that she had some clay bodies in the house, but I decided I'd better not even look at them. Our garage is already full of projects I haven't started yet. My poor husband! I'm wondering now if we could make a frame out of wrought iron fencing, somehow. It would obviously be weatherproof. (And by "we," I mean "my husband." I have no interest in learning to weld.

Wow, this came out fantastic looking. I love it. I also really like the look of the white door up against the tree and the things you used for planters in that area. It all looks good together.

I like your potting table, it's neat. Have you thought about growing a vine up through your little sunflower stake, it would be really cute I think? Just a thought.

That is a great potting bench! I love it, as well as your vignette of old door, tub, and barrel. You have a good eye for putting things together.
