Four Seasons is a great company, they are a family owned business. I am a designer and I have a wholesale account. I have many accounts with different companies from very high end to medium. There furniture is nice medium to higher end for excellent prices. All companies were having problems with production during COVID and other for reasons. I am surprised to hear it is taking this long to receive orders from them. I live in NC, orders normally take around 4 weeks unless they are out of the fabric that was selected. A few things could be holding up orders, it depends on who you buy it from. When you select a piece, look at the details, measurements, cushions, mattress. Standard is fine for some people and it sits fine but you have choices to upgrade to fit your needs and your budget. I think there upgrade prices are very fair and worth it if you like a down softer feel, if you buy a sleeper I would advice not to order firm because a sleeper sits firmer than a sofa. My clients have never had a problem with what they bought, they have been pleased. I am working on a Multi Project right now I am ordering 5 sofas, 10 chair and many dining chairs. Since I am on a tight budget I am ordering standard but I am happy with a standard feel. I am ordering the Benton Sofa Queen sleeper 41” deep for a client in white sunbrella, we upgraded all the cushions to down feather blend, throw pillows in down,upgraded mattress to Memory Flex Mattress. Before you order from a store or designer ask them to call and ask Four Seasons what the receiving date will be. It may vary some but it shouldn’t be long unless they are out of the fabric but they can check this to. The back orders that I have had have taken around 1 to 2 weeks. If there is a problem getting a date you might want to select another fabric or buy what you need and send it in as COM order which is a grade 1-3 price, sunbrella is a 10 grade. Good luck!

All of my upholstered pieces are made by Lee. I can't say enough great things about them...wonderful company. I have had my furniture for almost 7 years and it is in great shape. They are in our living room, and get used all day every day (old house, no family room). My sofa is slipcovered and after having it, I will never buy a sofa or chair without them. It is due for a new cover, though as I'm ready for a change. I'm posting a link to my LR below. The chairs didn't come with slipcovers, so I had some custom made. BTW...I had so much faith in LEE and the retailer, I bought my chairs without even seeing or sitting in them. Just saw the picture in the book. I get tons of compliments on how comfortable they are. I am referring to my personality, diving in with no planning. Not listening to solid advise. Being offended when opinionated house posters blew it up with critiques.Taking offensive to snooty, condescending summaries about a plan I had chosen. Not seeing past the tone of the message, not looking for someone that would work for me and with me. REFUSING to respect that there is a reason we each excel in different walks of life. Just don't mess with the ones you don't like, same philosophy with all our life choices. You'll hate some, but, there are professionals that truly could have helped me build a better home. I was not receptive at all, just got angry. I'll show them! I Disregarded that the chosen CAD program had flow issues. I didn't even understand the basic drawings. it did, it does.I have zero ability to translate a 5x7 closet into how that closet actually works. The laundry room, same, way too small. pantry, too small. what do those little drawings mean! I have two trained architect friends, and I was certain they weren't understanding I had to move, quickly, with no time for frivolous refinements. Had to break ground by fall, all those laid off Craig's list tradesman would certainly have more time, give my project the thought it needed, and I assumed you wouldn't say you could dry wall or tile if you couldn't. I could not visual the literal size of the storage closet, I now proudly call the master closet, for instance. Being driven by trend threads, that seem good on paper. Was that what I really wanted? Didn't take time to put true thought into those decisions. Did I really want them? Some yes, some no. Driving on to save money, I assume anybody with a lick of vision can hire quality work. So not true, I paid 4 times for new drywall, new painting, and it still is full of ruffles and ridges. Hire the legit drywalling company, wouldn't have lost 2 months with redos, paid excessively, interest hike during the never ending down times, of course interest rates went up.3.99 start build, 5.75 end build rate. Passed on licensed company to do the drywall, He gave me a two week time frame, (way too long in my narrow world)and was 3,000.00 more. So, hire some bozo on Craigslist that promised to get it done in half the time at half the cost.That decision cost me TWO MONTHS! for that investment,I paid up front, they needed supplies, and had me handcuffed, they already had my money. "save 3,00"ultimately costing me literally 4 times that, project set back two months( they showed up about 2 hours every other day and I swear they had no idea how to drywall. Flunked electric 4 times for COO, still have switches/ outlets with no idea their purpose. So, to answer your question, I paid 18,000. for a master bathroom, the tile job and the layout and quality is not good. With proper forethought and workability analysis this would definitely have been avoided. I could have hired someone to explain basic size, what to demand in workmanship, As in earlier post, I am just verbalizing my specific experience and begging you to not to buy that dress at Barneys just because it's 90% off. We were rear ended in 14, can't walk, but, I still want that dress from Bsrneys because it used to be the perfect dress for me. realize needs change, and you if it's an impulsive decision, it will sit in your closet with all the other GREAT deals. I learned from these costly mistakes, and am sooo receptive after the fact, to remedy issues that should have been remedied prior to building!

I'll have to check and see if Sunbrella is an option with Lee. I'm not sure I have the energy to do COM in a pandemic. Altho, maybe the shop I'm ordering from could find it for me. The cats have scratched it to shreds. They were pretty good for the first year or two and then suddenly discovered it. I've been told if I have lots of tall scratching posts, they will leave the sofa alone. They save their vomiting for the rugs. Why cats can't vomit on a hard surface is beyond me. sheeisback, we keep the black cover on the cushions, otherwise I think it would be stained awfully. My SIL had a set of white leather furniture and the seats were stained dramatically blue from their jeans. Lauren has some good advice but it basically comes down to some fabrics might be okay, but the only sure thing is poly and while cats might not scratch it, their hair will stick to it like glue. Her words sure did ring true, though. This was my favourite part: Those chairs couldn’t have been more appealing to my Peaches if they were covered in catnip and drenched in tuna water. It is good to know others think the light linen is timeless. I noticed in the article linked, she had light linen in an older pic and it didn't look dated. Kswl, so I'm not the only one? That is some comfort. My DH had one aunt who somehow managed to keep up with the times well into her 80s. My teenage daughters would have happily worn her outfits. But she's definitely the exception.
