Trying to find out about this soft gray green (link)

I have been looking at paint chips trying to find a similar paint color as in this LR. It is described as a soft grayish green that goes with olive, apple velvet, oranges, golds, persimmon. Please view the LR with the large picture of the bird and view into the DR.

Any idea what it might be or a suggestion for a color? The resources listed just about everything but the paint color. TIA

Start with Ben Moore November Rain (2142-60) and go from there if it isn't quite what you need in your space, with your particular lighting, etc.

When we moved into the house I live in now, the living room diningroom, den, solarium and hallways was painted a similar color....but the previous owners had tossed the paint cans and didnt' remember.
After many false starts, including mixing blues and greens and greys, I finally took a door off of a cupboard and found a knowledgeable paint dealer and matched the paint! It was a certain tint base, but the color added to make the "light grey green" was black.....
Who knew!

I went through this... And the Rixi is probably your best bet. It is hard to find, though. Also look for Arizona Tile. They had a soft sagey green crackle subway that was very pretty and very reasonably priced. There's a huge store in Houston, and even with shipping to anywhere, with the savings, it would be worth considering. The Adex Hampton is very pretty -- and a good color. Follow-up: I got a full audit with blower door test, which was awesome. Found a number of prominent leaks, some of which I'm plugging myself (supply registers, outlets, windowframes), some of which are for future consideration (basement), and some were plugged when I got my attic sealed and insulated yesterday. It turned out that after my recent roofwork, there were some areas of the attic that really needed to be sealed and insulated, so I am I happy I got that done in any case. Now we will see how the house performs on a hot day, assuming we ever get another one around here. Next on my todo list is probably my horrible supply ducts in the basement for the upstairs supplies (undersized, uninsulated and leaky). But we'll see how things go in the meantime.

Stone White from Farrow & Ball is a color they've recently retired, but it can always be made-up for you. Anything but "white," it is most similar in nature to Ball Green (which F&B still has) and it's kind of a green-grey-taupe color that I've heard described as "gorgeous." On the wall, it is a quiet color with a grey undertone. However, like most of the colors I've listed, it is considerably deeper than pale Silver Sage. Based on your preference for Silver Sage, I'd say Dimpse followed by Mizzle are probably closest to what you're looking for; however, like Silver Sage, they do have a lot of blue in them. Vert de Terre is closer to the color I think you desire and to Paris Rain, if it were only a bit lighter (and I'm sure you could have something mixed custom).

i need a gray that is gray!! not blue, purple or green :(

Adding black to white will give you gray. This is different than mixing colors trying to get black or gray. Ask your paint store guy. But if you feel too timid to try this then check out the rooms in the link below. When you click on the photo it will tell you the brand and name of the paint they used. Keep in mind that putting a tiny bit of color sample against the gold wall will affect the way you view it. Try putting the gray paint in the middle of a large white board leaving white edges and then placing the board in different spots around the room to see how you like it with different light hitting it. It does look a lot like November Rain. I have NR in two rooms and hall and it is a great color.

I happen to be looking at paint chips from SW. It looks a lot like 410-2 white sage.
