I would live in the house for six months to a year before you spend any money on the kitchen. During that time make notes of the things you like and ideas for change. It would be a waste of money to change out the backsplash, then decide you want to change the range hood or the counters. Get your idea book crammed with pictures and then look at them for the theme that attracted you to them. Years ago I had lots of pictures marked in all my magazines (remember magazines?). When I looked at the collection, I realized the common theme was blue. That told me the direction to take in my new house. Your kitchen is beautiful and functional for now. Walk around with your cup of coffee early in the morning to discover what you like about it. Sip your glass of wine in the evening while you contemplate the changes that will bring you the most happiness for the money.

Ok, you've convinced me to go with dark sashes and muntins! Thank you for the feedback! Some more variations (I'm kind of obsessed). Bottom left is existing window frame colours with muntins added, and stucco painted (tudor boards kept the existing colour) Bottom right is dark sashes, a taupe-y casing, and both stucco and tudor boards repainted. (Top left existing, top right was an old version with lighter muntins/sash)

Paint a neutral color. I would think cream since you have warmer tones and hire a crew to do a super deep clean. If there are any obvious broken stuff like switch plates or whatever, then replace because people will assume a place hasn't been maintained well if they see broken stuff. I live in a high rise and recently two almost identical apartments were sold - same size and layout and both were going to need serious updating. One person did nothing but paint and got $50,000 more than the person who did nothing. Both places really needed gut remodels in kitchen and baths and the one that sold for $50,000 more even had terrible water damage on the floors so that it would have to be replaced quite obviously. You are never going to be able to actually upgrade so that it looks 2023 so why bother to do anything since you are going to attract a buyer who either wants to redo to their own taste OR who is happy to get a functional home for less money than it would be if it were remodeled.
