So hubby and the ex went to court again last week.

Notified today of outcome of judges ruling...

Lowered child support.

Added wednesdays to schedule:

So now they go to mom's house on weds overnight

to thurs morning, fri's afterschool to sundays at 5pm

Children in counseling:

Hubby did not object to them being in counseling but he did object to having to pay for it alone. Mom has to pay the co-pay for counseling and hubby has to reimburse her. The school dept does not accept our health insurance so any fees associated with counseling ($96.00 per 1/2 hour) hubby was stuck paying so he pulled them out of counseling was looking into finding one after school hours who could see all 3. That would be covered under his insurance.

Sidenote: Her reasoning behind counseling fees... hubby doesn't have to pay them they don't go on your credit report. So I called the counseling agency 2 months ago and said who authorized treatment? They said so and so .. well then you should bill so and so. :)

She went into court waving the bills for counseling sessions.... Judges ask why do you want it ordered for them to be in counseling if they are already in counseling?

Her response "he pulled them out of counseling because he doesn't want to pay the bills for them" ... Judge ordered her to pay the co-pays and submit them to hubby for reimbursement. In court, Judge stated... he does cover all the other co-pays for medical bills doesn't he? She has been in contempt twice for non-payment of medical co-pays.

And a pre-trial court date for August.

So something to look forward to in August.
