I realized that although I mentioned the details in my slideshow, I didn't list them. Maybe I should have? Thank you to those of you who have commented on my previous post and I certainly am not seeking more attention, although it may seem that way. I am sincerely just trying to be as helpful to others as others have been to me. Anyway, I don't mean to be overly posting...but here is a list of the specifics for those of you who are interested.

Yeah...no kidding!!! It is just lovely. Plus I think it is helpful to have the details listed with the pictures. Have fun in your new kitchen.

I love this kitchen!! I love the character and the timelessness with so many of today's great features that we all want. I have been planning a kitchen remodel for what feels like 2 years now and my layout is very similar with the exception to the amount of space you have to the left of your double wall ovens. Thank you for all the detailed pictures as this validates a lot of my current layout choices, especially the corner of your sink wall / cooking wall where I've been back and forth 100 times and where your double ovens are located!!

Your kitchens look awesome with red. I REALLY wish I could use that color, but because of the open floor plan, I can't. I do think the kitchens look warm and inviting. Alywa, your yellow is very pretty - it is bolder than mine and more golden!! I'm going to meet with a painter today and see what he says. I have bought soooo many samples of paint and just can't find the right color - creamy colors beige out and turn shades khaki, mushroom, peach, etc., tans turn green, and on it goes. I may just stick with the yellow at this point - "better the devil you know than the one you don't!" My cabinets are Canac - I live in Sacramento, CA and there just happened to be a showroom in a nearby town. Here is their link: http://www.canackitchens.com/index.cnc There prices were very good and they have a beautiful selection of cabinets. My cabinets have an interesting cut in each of the four corners that looks really sharp when two sets of cabinets are together - it forms a diamond shape. I don't have a picture of two sets together, but here is one set of cabinets with fairly good detail to view. The colors are more uniform than this picture looks, probably caused by using a BlackBerry instead of a real camera!! :-) Here is a link that might be useful:

I should have posted this here.... instead of responding to you in the thread that I posted about my backsplash redo. Reposted: Lissa - I have started to respond to your two threads numerous times, but I can never seem to get my wording right. I want to say "If you don't like it rip it out," but I am one of the unfortunate few who know what that means. The problem is this: I would only be saying that because you don't care for it, and really, that is all that matters right? However, from the pictures you have posted here, you have a GORGEOUS kitchen. Personally, I LOVE your tile. But again.... does that matter? It's not my kitchen! (Just an FYI - this forum hated my tile backsplash for various reasons, so I was not in the same boat as you.) So what do I say... I think you are figuring out what is best for you. I like your idea of changing only part of it because that can change the whole complexion and most importantly, your feelings regarding the backsplash. I wish you the best on your very tough decision. (Just remember one itty bitty thing... even if you do nothing at all....a lot of us here think that you have a beautifully stunning kitchen!)

Kitchenaddict, I am so in love with your Delicatus White Granite (Arizona Tile "Alaska")that is so gorgeous. I also love you backsplash. Your kitchen is gorgeous!

Love the Kitchen, very helpful to list the details. We have Starmark Cabinets in Java color. I posted on another thread about our granite. We have ordered Giallo Ornamental but may be able to change now that I see how the DW looks!
