Need advice quickly!!! Thanks :)

Ok so my DH is going to this "divorce workshop" but they also handle child support and custody agreements. He and his ex have a new arrangement but it is not on paper. He would like it to be so she cannot go back on her word. She is already twisting around what was agreed to suit her needs. Right now on paper he only has Wed. and Sat. night. And that's it. She never let him have holidays before. So.....he is going to ask for every other weekend (Fri-Sun. night) and one weeknight. He is also going to have on paper every other T-giving and X-max eve. And he is going to add rights of first refusal on there. (Which I learned about from this forum, thanks ladies!) BM is constantly leaving DD at her great grandmas from Fri-Sun on her weekends. So my DH says if she doesn't want her then he wants to take her. What else should be added in there? We do not want to tackle the child support issue yet. DH has been paying based off of his old job, he owned a store. Well he lost that business due to a horrible auto accident. It was a small start up company. So now he is making considerable less money but still paying high support based on the old salary. Plus I gather if he can document that DD actually stays with him most of the time I think that will affect it too? We are going to also have in there that either parent may not move out of state with child without permission. And that child may not go out of state without the other parents permission. Last summer she kept DD in another state for 2 extra weeks then agreed and we lost money on vacation plans :(

But long story short.....is there any thing DH should add to the paperwork to protect us from BM's willy nilly decision making in the future?
