it may be the ceiling paint. color can change dramatically depending on what is next to it. others on this forum have had the same problem, you may want to search for their posts as well. they changed paint colors and all worked out. good luck!

All beige/tan paints have pinkish undertones. Someone else had this same problem and posted and got advice. Changed paint color and problem was solved.

Search for rookie 2010. Her/his cabinets were the subject of the post-white cabinets looking pink. HTH.

Ask what colors are used to make the tint you selected.

That gives a clue to what slight tones a 'white' may produce.

You also have to be very careful judging slight color casts under any light but the one present on the room.

Even light filtered by tree leaves picks up some green tint.

Thanks everyone for the comments. I did ask the paint store what the undertone would be and was told it had umber, but wouldn't look yellow or pink. Does anyone know if I change the ceiling to white if that would help?

I am having the same thing going on in my kitchen. I have a beige wall color and my cabinets were a soft white. Cabinets were installed and they match the walls and I didn't even try to do that. Probably couldn't have if I tried. It wasn't my intention of course. So, floors going in and granite Tuesday and then like you I will make the paint decision. I have a hard time too deciphering what colors would do what. But even after a few days I like the cabs so much better than when they first went in. I'm going to wait til granite in because that color will change what I see now. The granite is creamy like cabs. I can definitely relate to your frustration with the color situation. Please post your outcome because it does help to read others situation when they find solution. You could try changing your light bulbs. It's made a big difference in my house getting rid of the 'pink' in my tan walls.

Rookie 2010's cabinets are Candlelight in Victorian White.

Yes, Candlelight brand cabs in Victorian white. It was rough trying to match them. At the time, I wish I had chosen the paint color and had them painted so I would have known how to match it on the trim.
When I accepted the fact that mine looked pink, I tried a new paint color, originally, it was SW Softer Tan which was making it way worse. I then e-mailed the color guru from the Colour Me Happy blog and she suggested that I go darker on the walls to make sure the contrast was played up which would make the cabinets brighter, whiter. Then to match anything else that was white in that room to the cabinets. I followed her advice and it all worked out.

I have SW Latte walls and Kilim beige both in my house and they are definitely a reddish undertone paint without a doubt. So you are not imagining pink...pink is the undertone on that whole swatch you are using.

I'm pretty sure if you change the walls and ceiling it will help out the pinkness in your room. Best of luck to you!
