Please suggest **basic** supplies

Hello everyone,

I will be on vacation from Dec 22 - Jan 2 and have decided to dedicate that time to organizing all my photos. OK, we're talking more than 35 years' worth of photos, but it's a start.

Anyway, can you suggest some **basic** supplies? I am not looking to get fancy, just to paste photos (safely, of course) into a book and then writing something about the photo next to it, and perhaps including a page or two of narrative between photos. Keeping these things in mind, please suggest the following:

1. What type of paper should I be using when writing my narratives?

2. What type of pen should I be using? I was going to use my computer and type it out, but should I be leery of that?

3. Some people suggest that using a laser printer for output is not good. Any comments?

4. I am torn between using the mounting corners and the other stick on options. Please advise.

5. Since I won't be using the magnetic pages, I am concerned about the photos sticking to the backs of the previous pages. Any way to prevent that?

6. Any suggestions for good but low cost suppliers? I have found out that this endeaveor can be quite pricy. I have a "More than Memories" store near me. Any comments about them?

The more specific (in terms of brands and types), the better. Again, I don't want to get artistic or fancy, just basic and clear.

Thank you so much.
