Wow, hopefully Lexmark have improved their products according to the 2 votes above. Good news! Lexmark were once very good printers then they seemed to go to the cheap and nasty stuff. Just this weekend I removed Lexmark X4250 from my wife's computer, it was troublesome from day one and Lexmark offered no fix so I had to find my own cure. I would bet if it is a new pc with windows 7 it will be 64 bit. You can always try to do the install and let it find the printer, it will give you the option to find your model number in the list and it may well just get the proper driver and install. Well a printer model number would be a help. How old is this printer? Must be fairly new if Kodak answered you? Did you install the full suite of programs from the Kodak CD or just the printer drivers?

Wish we had a Staples. Our cartridges are close to what your's cost. Like $38/black and $38 for color. Thats at Walmart, much higher in town here. It hurts to buy them, when you think of how cheap printers are now days you can buy a new one for the price of ink!
