Thanks palmcirtusbananavaz7! Dennis, I think the largest majesty I saw was in the part 1 of the pics. Im trying to remember if I saw a larger majesty palm because I think I did, but their definitely weren't too many large majesty palms. But the majesty palms I did see looked very healthy! Thanks for looking! -Alex

Instant Celebration has been looking really good Mister Mayor - one of my top 10 for sure Sweet Isabela has been really impressive this year - glad I moved it out of the jungle so I can appreciate it. I'm pretty sure this one has several fans with two scapes also. Arnold's Daughter - sorry can't reach this one to deadhead, I took this pic over the 'fence' looking into the long bed Pigment Of Imagination Armed For Battle - not a great pic, but I can't reach it and have to zoom Angels In The Clouds Mars Attacks Mean Green - this plant is impressive - tall and tons of buds. Morning color Mean Green - This is a pic on a different day, later in the day Well, that's another 10 and I still have tons to go. I'll call it a day and try to do another post when I can. Thanks so much for looking!

You must wait for a photo to clarify before you hit the submit button. That said? You are over thinking . Pick a nice oak in a slightly wider plank. A medium dark toasty color. Not gray, not orange. You can be sure it will "go" with everything. A lot of flooring will "go" with everything. Rooms do not remain empty. Rugs get laid down, Furniture is placed Art is hung, Windows get shades or curtains. The only time you will see JUST the floor is the day you move out. Rather than the approach you have taken? Look at entire rooms that please you. THEN look at the flooring. Are they modern, traditional, or a little in between? Light , or deeper and cozy? A floor should last "forever". This isn't the paint on the walls....."Oh, I think I'll paint the bedroom blue this weekend" Sand on site hardwoods, oak especially, have lived in homes for a hundred years and more .........and there might be a reason for that : )

Add a higher framework around your deck and use hanging baskets to block the view. You could also add some lattice for year round view blocking. Also plant some trees close to the deck, that will hide the view beyond them even though they won't be that tall. The further away you plant them, the taller they need to be before they do their job.
