Just a thought...what about selling the item, then GIVING AWAY the sticker....to add to the item. You could even make the sign to go with that says "FREE STICKER OF YOUR CHOICE with purchase". As long as you aren't "selling" the sticker that is copyright, and technically you aren't if you are giving it away free. I know that is trying to jump through a loophole. But I don't know about you, but I am tired of these licensing people putting out supplies with their logo (like material) then telling us we can't make stuff for resale. We, (small crafters) aren't mass producing or making tons of money either. I understand saying you can't paint a design onto something and sell it, as that means they got no $$ off of it anywhere. But material, stickers, wrapping paper, ect...they already got paid once for the use. I can walk through a craft show and point out about 90% infringement. Then there are those that buy/sell, while that isn't illegal, it is when they cut the tags off that say "made in China". Only the end user is allowed to cut off the tags.

I too have the "burn at the stake" one. I must have forty or so accumulated over time (and I'm talking about around 8 years) in an envelope in my glove compartment. People give me stickers fairly often - I keep the ones I like best and pass along others - and they're not exactly expensive investments. The ones from the Northern Sun catalog are the priciest ones I ever buy at $2. Allison, although there is a risk of theft, you can mount a regular sticker on the very thin magnetic sheets from any craft store. Barb, the dragons sticker is a spinoff of the line from one of the Lord of the Rings books - "do not meddle in the affairs of wizards, for they are subtle and quick to anger". I picked that one up in a science fiction bookstore. I saw one today that made me rather sad: "War does not define who is right. It only defines who is left." (As in left alive.) So true, and I wish it weren't. However, I don't care to put any kind of advertising stickers on my car, just like I don't wear clothes with brand or store names splashed across them. (I do like to wear kooky t-shirts, I'll admit it, because I think it's fun to make people do a double-take. My favorite is worn to tatters - reads "give me that old-time religion" with a drawing of people dancing around Stonehenge. LOL) I figure if a business wants me or my car to be a billboard they can dang well pay me for it.

Ya know, kframe, when I typed the line in the original post asking for name suggestions, I added in parentheses "no Parmesan, Kentucky Fried, or cacciatore please!" but then I deleted it. I figured I'd just wait and see who was the first to pipe up with funny names. :) I admit tho, McNugget would be a funny name--for any pet! I used to work with a woman who had a cat named Pork Chop! :-P The chicks are growing so fast! Today one has a couple little feathers on her tail that weren't there yesterday. I had to get them a "real" food container today. They kept kicking the food out of the other one(s). Feisty little buggers!

Susanjf, thanks for posting that! I didn't even think to look on youtube. As you can see there is a lot of audience participation, especially when they play the songs from sporting events like the "hey song". Alisande, Ted plays the bass drum. They are actually not up there with the seated band but they have their own featured tune. But the whole percussion section rotates up to play the drums that are needed for each song.
