Yachter, My original plan was to set a special tablesetting once a week, but this week I did it 3 times and since Sunday will be our anniversary I'm doing it one more time. But after this I'll only do it about once a week, especially during the spring and summer when I want to be outside. And no, DH isn't into my tablesettings, his birthday is coming up and he wants a tablesaw. LOL Your dishcloth bunny is so cute. And isn't your DH a real sweetheat for bringing them home to you! I would love to make some of those, but I can't tell from the pic how it's made. Can you tell from looking at it how it's made? Karen, If setting a pretty table makes you happy then go for it. I believe you said you don't usually use your dining room so you could play in there with no one to shove stuff out of the way to read the newspaper. ;~) Now, the kitties may still give you some trouble!

Remember your Dad is still with you, in every cell of your physical body, as well as in spirit.

I NEVER miss the poseypatch (only when she hasn't written one yet...I check every day!) This talented writer happens to be married to my dear son! Great job...Tammy--you sure say alot when you write...you are so quiet the rest of the time! Still waters run deep, they say! Love you, nola anne

What a sweet and beautiful dog! Have you read "The Art of Racing In the Rain"? You might like it. Also, I found this poem for a friend when she lost her sweet dog: My Good Death by Dalia Shevin I will find myself waist deep in high summer grass. The humming shock of the golden light. And I will hear them before I see them and know right away who is bounding across the field to meet me. All my good dogs will come then, their wet noses bumping against my palms, their hot panting, their rough faithful tongues. Their eyes young and shiny again. The wiry scruff of their fur, the unspeakable softness of their bellies, their velvet ears against my cheeks. I will bend to them, my face covered with their kisses, my hands full of them. In the grass I will let them knock me down.
