Actually, I got off the Okla. Forum for a while, as it seemed it was more of a "social affair" between the same group of people just chatting back and forth, and not a whole lot of helpful info to posted questions and, quite frankly, I got sick of the subject of "tomatoes". I love tomatoes as much as anyone else, but, "holy nightshade", it is NOT a religion! There are a few who try to be genuinely helpful (including you), and I have really appreciated the help! Thanks for the warning about hornworms on Brugs. First I had heard that. You asked me to watch my Callirhoe for worms, and so far, the only thing that has chowed down on it is a busy deer, who got into it because it was growing near my daylilies and roses. For the first time, I have a deer problem. I am anxious for my butterfly and humming bird plants (Asclepias, Lantana, Lavender, Echinacea, Liatris, etc.) to start blooming prolifically, so I can watch them darting about the flower beds. Hope the 4O'Clocks DO bloom this Summer. They seem to be slow growers, or maybe they, too, have been waiting for warmer temps. Jeanie

(S500) And it was eventually declared a "LEMON" and was replaced. Automobiles are still assembled by humans. And those huumans can have bad days and miss something on the line. It happens. And yes, not too long ago all American automakers built crap. But the quality has improved a great deal. So a Buick that's over 10 years old is not even in the same league as a Buick that's 2 years old as far as engineering goes. As a matter of fact, in 1999 we rented a brand new Park Avenue while on vacation. My wife called it a piece of garbage compared to our '88 Volvo. The power seat controls came off in her hand! Yeah, garbage! But I'll guarantee that the Lucerne is light years ahead of that Park Ave! In both quality and engineering.

We are limited here, too. Hobby Lobby has quite a good selection of supplies (much better than Walmart, and their prices on equipment are about the same). However, the best here is a store that 2 fellow addicts just opened about a month ago. It's called Scrapbook Station and they have the prettiest papers, a huge selection of stickers by all the best manufactuers, a really fancy die-cut machine( for a nominal fee, they will cut your pictures in the shape you want), absolutely gorgeous albums--It's just paradise. Their papers and stickers are about the same price as anywhere else, but other supplies (punches, etc.) are really much higher. I won a free crop during their grand opening week, but I'm not going to use it until school's out--I want to stay all day and get the good out of it! i wish we had a Michael's around here. I hear they are about the best as far as chains go. Agree?

I have a friend with a Tappan range with the cooktop drawer like the one shown. Pal, I think robo's right. There are consecutive pics in there that are clearly of the same room, unfurnished and then furnished. Either they took one set of pics before moving out and the other after, or they took one set empty and then another set staged. I'm inclined to think the latter. But I've never actually seen that in real estate photos before--usually, if they stage it, that's what they show. It's odd to see both, though I think I like it. There are a couple Queen Anne's in my neighborhood with turrets, and a romantic revival house with 2 turrets (that I used in the MLS kitchen DAT). There are also a couple Mediterranean style buildings with square turrets in my area. I imagine they are a pain (and expensive) to re-roof, but other than that, what's wrong with them?
