Did anyone order the Xyron they had on QVC today? I am sitting here wondering if I would like it. It looks like it would be so much faster to do the pages. Does anyone have one? Do you like it? I know it is expensive and I hate to spend the money if it is going to be one of those things that I don't use. I like the idea of being able to laminate and make the magnets also. Hope to hear soon from someone-don't know if it will be on easy pay after today!!!!! TIA

I thought it looked cool too. I just don't feel like I have been scrapbooking long enough to justify it. But it looks like fun. I enjoyed craft day on QVC.

Minnie..the refill just snaps in (and out). I just called Xyron again, to make sure about the information the lady gave me. I was again told the refill for the 900 machine WILL fit the ezLaminator PLUS. This lady even gave me an Item# and said either would fit. AT901-40 and AT-905-40. Both of these refills are 40' long!*S*

Hmm, I've never seen that machine before. It looks neat. I'll have to see what I can find out about it. You might try going to scrapbok.com to the forums. There's a section for product questions & discussions. You could create a login (free) and ask about it. The ladies there are very friendly and helpful!!!

Mar, I have a xyron850 and I loooooovvve it. It is absolutely worth the investment.I use it scrapbooking(of course) rubberstamping ,I even put some material through and covered switch- plates to match various fabrics around the house.You wont regret this purchase!!! Mary

I recently purchased a Xyron ezLaminator 2001 from someone on Craigslist. I read here: http://ths.gardenweb.com/forums/load/crafts/msg120817041398.html that the Xyron 900 creative station cartridges would work in the ezLaminator Plus. Anyway, I call Xyron custservice and asked them what the difference was between the ezL 2001 and ezL Plus and the agent told me there was no difference. So then I asked if I could use 900 refills in it and she said I could not. I asked if I could use 900 refills in the ezL Plus and she said I could not. Anyone know what's the truth?

I would love to get the 12" model. I keep telling my hubby what a great bday present it would be but that idea is not going far! I might have to save my pennies and splurge one day.

We must be related because we are thinking alike! I too have a birthday coming up and told my DH that I thought it would make the perfect birthday gift! Especially when Lisa said a roll lasted her a few months.

I have one. it is the 12". I love it. but I still use my heat laminator when I want to do magnets and such. Heat one gives a heavier weight to it. The xyron does alot more. makes stickers, does just one sided laminating...Love it..
