Oh, weird. The link that I provided is gone. That's the first time I've seen the moderators do that. Well, at least you saw it and used it before it was removed. Is providing a link to a nursery's poor GWD rating against the rules here? I wonder if it's allowable for me to simply tell people how to find it themselves? -Glenn

missa, i totally agree with you. i have got to where i make only one trip there, once a week, and with a particular list. their products stink, they are constantly shifting products from aisle to aisle as you mentioned, so harder to relocate/find...and then they are either out of what i want or it's inferior. Ever since the creator of the store died, the inherits have really destroyed his ideal. but they will not care...they will just live off of his genius (he indexed the store by computer, and updated each product that was sold within 24 hrs. for new shipments, etc) sads so many great ideas go by the wayside. lol, i guess it is an opening for a new opportunity, for a new creator. :) here, ours is full of sand too, (black with sand,) but no sticks. perhaps regional? This is my opinion others may disagree?!. Wally get alot or rap, but it's been american way for quit sometime. all started back in the 60's an maybe earlier to prop up the bottom line and CEO's get there outrageous bonus. AT What cost? american jobs, this really came to light in the middle 60's when you started seeing metric hardware showing up on american made cars. Spread like wild fire AMerican companies taught them, trained them, just for cheap or slave labor, and even the government encoured or paid big manufacturing companies to go overseas. Kmart was no different. They all ran mom and pop out around the corner in small towns or large with these hugh stores they had to compete with. and will be the down fall to this country. Just like when I read about the rifle that goes off when you bump it. Designer has 4 cent fix back in 1959, but that ran into the profit margain and the company didn't go with it. and just think how many people died for 4 cent fix.

If being irritated by all the gratuitous, obnoxiously over-done christmas stuff makes one a "humbug," then count me in! BAH HUMBUG! For the first year ever, our family (my sister's family, my husband and I, and my folks to an extent) are forgoing buying gifts for each other. Instead, we're opting for donations to charities in each others' names. And I cannot tell you how LIBERATING it feels! No more wondering what in the world-wide-web to get for this person or that person! No more worrying that they won't like what we picked out for them! No more worrying about getting something we either won't like or won't ever use! No more adding to the already monstrous collection of "gifts of christmas past" (you know, all those things you couldn't return and will never use that are just taking up space in your home)! No more simply acquiring MORE STUFF! My God, we can breathe! :) Of course, I wouldn't necessarily complain if someone was to get me succulents or cacti as a gift... ;) But otherwise, donations donations donations! There are scores of good causes out there that need support far more than I need a new bottle of perfume (from Grandma, who STILL doesn't get that I don't like perfume). *CG*
