Photo Paper

I have a digital camera and would like to print out pictures from it on to glossy paper, but for the life of me I can not find out if the Epson Photo Quality Glossy Paper is acid free, could someone please help me with some info regarding this.

PS As you can probably tell by these last posts I am VERY new to scrapbooking

I just use Kodak Premium Picture Paper (man on a sailboard on the front of it). I don't think you'll find acid free photo paper, not even from the developers, but if you put the photo's on acid free paper, it will help preserve your pictures. (from what I've read....) The quality of the pictures is really good, especially if you remember to set your printer on the 'best' quality and the right paper type.

Kinko's will do this for you...I know this is late but this featured years ago on Carol Duvall and I have used them several times for birthdays and Christmas. best of luck ginger

You might do some research on inks too. I got a rude awakening when I printed my wife's Red Hat logo on magnetic paper and placed on our fridge door. In 3 months or so it has faded really badly yet I was using HP inks in my HP Photosmart 7760 printer. I suspect you would find it cheaper to use a photo printing service and possibly find their inks to be of a higher standard than those packaged for consumers. Others may well have a comment on this point. I rarely print photos, being quite happy to store them on my computer.
