Ginger ale will lose it's fizz if frozen. I don't know how you are planning on serving not how long the reception will be...but given the fact of a punch bowl and maybe an hour reception, I would have the ginger ale and the pineapple really really cold and the sherbet frozen and mix it about 30 minutes before the ceremony...but I would freeze a ring mold of a mixture of pineapple juice and ginger ale with perhaps a few mint leaves....or some slices of lime....and pop that into the punch bowl to keep everything cold. They have been auctioned on ebay. Also, in my latest CK, there are 2 different sets advertised. One is at www.myletterman.com and the other is at www.ucida.com. Hope this helps!

I have the whole alphabet in cassettes for my cassette punch. I like the alphabet punches for certain projects, but the punches don't work well for some projects. For one, I find it hard to punch the letters in a straight line no matter what i try. I did finally get it to look nice for the last layout i did. Also, it is hard to figure out how to space the letters. I paid $60 for the alphabet and numbers and 15 shapes. Although this was pretty cheap for the set i bought, i at times regret spending the money on this. Sorry this review is not directly for or against alphabet punches. I do like having mine for some projects, but they don't work on all the projects i imagined they would. HTH, Jenny

Ah, I love a good project. I think you need about 65/25/5/2 proportions if you goal is visual harmony. 65-70% whites and colors that read as white or creamy. 15-25% aquas Around 5-10 % black (and browns) Only 1 to 2% orange So consider doing the china cabinet in black. If the back walls of the bookcase will be filled in with books and accessories, then yes to the orange. On the hall, I would let the rooms it connects be the stars. I would do all the doors and trim in the creamy white to unite them. I think using a color on the trim in a space that you don't want to "stop" in would be jarring and that the white would be flowing, in keeping with the function of the hallway space. Good use of the orange in the dining room, as the drama here can take it. I would be using little to no aqua here, but the creamy whites, black or browns, and let the orange be the star here.
