Help!! Need a poem or something...

Help!! I am almost finished with my daughter's album covering her life from her first birthday until her second. (I have one more page to finish) I skipped over the cover page because I wanted to find the "perfect" poem or paragraph or something that said something about her growing from 1 to 2. I had seen one a long while back, but have never seen it again nor do I remember where I originally saw it. I kept thinking that one day I would get an "inspiration" however writing nor poetry have ever been my strong points. If anyone has ANY ideas, please help. I have spent so much time and effort on this album, and it just wouldn't be complete without something special for the cover page. Thanks in advance!

Try this site http://www.dmarie.com/default.asp?I=6. I do not know if they have exactly what you are looking for but I have used and gathered many scrapbook ideas from this site.

I googled many things but couldn't find anything. The strange thing is that I think I also remember the housekeeper picking mushrooms poem. Perhaps it's just a false memory. I often wonder about a book I read as a child, but the details are so sketchy I can't even post anything - Scandinavian - girl named Marta or something similar - pet owl - model frigate hanging from ceiling - travelling on a ferry. No idea of plot or anything else. Isn't it strange how something can live so vividly in one's memory yet be so vague?

Thank you all so much for your help. I found the perfect poem...

What Is A One-Year Old?
A One-year-old daughter is so many things --
A tiny discoverer of butterfly wings,
A hugger of Teddies,
A sweet sleepyhead,
And someone to dream for in bright years ahead...

A special new person
Who, right from the start,
Has a place in the family
And, of course, in your heart.
And, just when you think
That you've learned all the things
That your dear Daughter is
And the joy that she brings,
A hug or a grin
Comes with such sweet surprise
That love finds you smiling
With tears in your eyes!

Of course, I found tons of other poems and page ideas. I'm so anxious now to start the next album!!
