I think that would be a fine time to plant them Neil. Your pets are indebted to you Helen, especially Honey. : ) If he knew how, he would've gotten you a present. Chloe thanked me by waking me up at 4:30 Sunday morning barking. My oldest daughter pulled weeds for me for Mother's Day. I didn't even ask. She wanted to surprise me. I think she knows me well. It was a great present.

Happy Mother's Day everyone. We will be having a cookout at Amber and Mike's with everyone pitching in and bringing food. We are not going to have ours until around five in the evening. I went to a Mother / Daughter banquet at our church this evening. Had a nice meal prepared by the men, I think mostly by the preacher. Had cubed steak with brown gravy, chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, green beans, cottage cheese and coleslaw. For dessert we had ice cream, sherbet and some little pastry things with fruit in them. Very tasty meal and very much enjoyed. Sue

And, after that, maybe decide not to repeat the experience? I'm thinking soleil1 has likely seen more "grace, dedication, and hope" than I have. I've seen mostly desperation, anger, frustration, and regret....all paid for by somebody else.
